Meet Bailey from Long Island New York. The lad is 8.5 years young and still a pup at times as most Irish are. Bailey loves his adult family but doesn’t want to share them with his new human brother. He would prefer his mom send the baby back to where he came from and since that isn’t a possibility, Bailey has decided to become emancipated and find a new place to call home.
He wants a quiet home where he can be the center of attention. Bailey would like a home of adult humans who are home all the time (or most of the time) and can take him for car rides and long walks. He currently lives in a house with another dog and a cat (who he loves to chase but has never hurt) so getting on with other animals is a possibility. Bailey shares that he would like a fenced back yard so he can rip and run when the spirit moves him. And he wants a place for his bed where he can survey his new kingdom.
Bailey is house trained, up to date on all his vaccines, is neutered and microchipped, knows some obedience commands, doesn’t get on the furniture, and enjoys toys and cuddling. Our lad is healthy except for the thyroid medication he takes daily (medical records come with him). If you are looking for a sweet guy who has a lot of love and companionship to give, Bailey is your guy. Our adoption application can be found here.
