Meet Jasper, a fine lad who will be 7 years old in December 2014. This guy’s life was turned upside down last month when his owner unexpectedly passed away. Sadly, this is the second time Jasper has had to pack up his leash and move on. It isn’t because of his doing – just circumstances. His first home gave him up because other dogs in the home harassed and picked on him. He became his second owner’s constant companion until the gentleman passed away. The daughters can not provide Jasper the quality of life their father lovingly did and they have turned to ITRN for assistance in finding Jasper new digs. Jasper loves people, treats, car rides, walks, and has a few tricks in his arsenal. He is house-trained, crate trained, and has been to basic obedience. Jasper is not fond of other animals and needs to be an only dog. And so, if you are looking for a loyal and protective companion to spend your days with and can provide Jasper with a fenced back yard, play time, and cuddles, please complete our adoption application.
Jasper has found a new home – a young man at the kennel where Jasper was staying fell in love with the red dog. The red dog had become attached to the lad and so the rest is history – Jasper now romps around his new backyard with two other terriers and cuddles up with his new owner every night!
